Hello, my name is Luvena Susanto. I am a Clinical Psychologist with experience in private practice and public health. I offer psychotherapy in the hopes that my clients may deepen their self-understanding, and build a stronger sense of agency so they can navigate their way through life’s challenging moments.

Medicare Rebates.
If you are eligible for a Mental Health Care Plan (MHCP), prior to your first appointment with one of our Hawthorn-based psychologists, you may like to see your GP to assess a psychological treatment referral. This entitles you to a rebate of $145.25 per session (2026), for up to 10 sessions per calendar year.
To process your rebate, a copy of your referral letter and MHCP from your GP is required. You can request that your GP send this directly, you can email it, or you are welcome to bring it with you on the day of your first appointment.You may be eligible for Medicare rebates if you have a valid Mental Health Treatment Plan from your GP, psychiatrist, or paediatrician.
