Who We See

Services

Mood & Mind Psychology provides professional psychological support for tweens, young adults, and adults navigating a wide range of emotional, behavioural, and life challenges. Each stage of life brings unique pressures — from early identity development and social challenges, to academic stress, career demands, relationships, and major life transitions. Our psychologists offer age-appropriate, evidence-based therapy tailored to each person’s developmental stage, emotional needs, and individual goals.

Tweens & Teenagers

Working with adolescents, we focus on creating a safe, supportive, and age-appropriate space where young people feel understood rather than judged. Therapy is collaborative and engaging, supporting adolescents to build emotional awareness, coping skills, and confidence during a critical stage of identity development. Where appropriate, we work alongside parents or caregivers to support communication, emotional regulation, and consistency at home, while also respecting the adolescent’s need for privacy and autonomy.

Young Adults

With young adults, therapy often centres on navigating transitions such as increased independence, study or career pressures, relationships, and identity formation. Young adulthood can be a time of heightened uncertainty and emotional intensity. Our psychologists support young adults to better understand themselves, manage anxiety or low mood, develop healthy boundaries, and build a stronger sense of direction and self-trust as they move into adulthood.

Adults

For adults, therapy typically focuses on longer-standing emotional patterns, life stressors, relationships, work-related pressures, trauma, and burnout. Treatment may involve deeper reflective work to understand ingrained coping strategies and emotional responses, while also providing practical tools to support sustainable change. Therapy aims to help adults move beyond survival patterns and create greater emotional stability, clarity, and fulfilment.
